Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SolarFlow ERP (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
SolarFlow provides a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning platform designed for solar energy EPC companies. The Service includes lead management, proposal generation, project tracking, permit management, installation tracking, inventory management, maintenance scheduling, analytics, and related features based on your subscription plan.
3. Account Registration
You must register with a valid email address and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each user must have a unique account — credential sharing is not permitted. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Subscription & Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via iyzico. Prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and exclude applicable taxes. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time — changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis for annual plans cancelled within the first 30 days. The Free plan has usage limits and may not include all features.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts, data, or system infrastructure.
- Upload malicious software, viruses, or any code designed to interfere with the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
6. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into the Service (leads, projects, proposals, etc.). SolarFlow retains ownership of the platform software, design, and technology. We claim no intellectual property rights over your business data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service.
7. Service Level & Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced 48 hours in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, force majeure events, or factors beyond our reasonable control. Enterprise plans include a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolarFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon cancellation, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with prior notice except in cases of severe violation. Free tier accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be deleted after email notification.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of İstanbul, Turkey.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email and/or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
